We recently received a dozen Blue Star Endlers sometimes known as Blue Voisin Endlers.
These are not the japan Blue Guppies that are sometimes referred to as Japan Blue Endlers (not true Endlers), these are pure Blue Star Endlers from Venezuela, a completely different fish altogether!
This is our first strain of the Campoma Endlers or Campoma wingei.
One of the most popular Campoma Endlers in Europe, we chose Blue Star Endlers due to the unique and beautiful blue color and the same wild behavior that is exhibited by our other N Class Endlers as well as their difficulty to obtain in the United States.
We received these Beautiful Endlers from Glen Hawkins of Canada. Glen received his from Kim Kastberg of the Netherlands in 2012.
Kim Kastberg received his Blue Star Endlers directly from Phillip Voisin who collected them originally in 2011 under a bridge in Campoma Village, Venezuela.
We are very excited to be able to acquire these Blue Star Endlers from such a reputable source assuring the best possible pure bloodlines.
Our acquisition of these beautiful fish proved to be more costly than we had expected.
Although Glen’s shipping cost was quite reasonable, we had an unfortunate mishap from the post office which killed some of the Endlers we received.
Glen worked with us and provided replacement fish for the ones that were killed in transport however we had to cover the additional shipping cost.
Even with the additional costs in getting these beautiful fish into the United States we are very happy with our fish and our transaction with Glen.
In total we ended up with 4 males and 8 females which is an excellent start for our new colonies of Blue Star Endlers. We couldn’t have asked for a better mix!
Can’t wait to see the new Endlers!!

Hello and I was wondering if the Blue Star Endlers also go by the name Starburst Endlers.
I have seen that there has been someone selling “Starburst Endlers” on eBay for some time now. Not sure if there was some confusion with the name or if they were renamed because they are not pure Blue Star Endlers. We have only known them to be called Blue Voisin Endlers, Blue Francais or Blue Star Endlers.
do you have any blue star endlers for sale
Unfortunately due to an accident we lost our pure Blue Stars. We would love to get some more but it’s very difficult to find quality Blue Stars that can be traced back to when they were collected.
